During a pondless waterfall service visit in Edmond, Oklahoma, our technician found that the basin was not allowing water to move down to the pump quickly enough. This was causing the pump to cavitate and affecting the system’s intended water flow.
To address the issue, our service team removed the rocks and gravel from the top of the Aquablox and vacuumed the entire lower basin. With the basin cleared, water was able to travel down through the gravel, into the Aquablox, and down to the pump as designed.
The pondless waterfall basin was operating as intended when the service was completed. Keeping the basin clear allows water to move properly through the system and helps support reliable pump operation.
